Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. About Tayim
Tayim provides a software platform that enables restaurants to create and manage their online presence, including online menus, order management, kitchen displays, and delivery coordination. Tayim is not a restaurant and does not prepare, sell, or deliver food.
2. For Restaurant Owners
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate restaurant information (name, address, contact details)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date menu items and pricing
- Comply with local food safety regulations and business licensing requirements
- Handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws
- Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Tayim reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. For Customers
When you place an order through a Tayim-powered restaurant:
- Your contract is with the restaurant, not with Tayim
- Menu items, prices, and availability are determined by the restaurant
- Delivery times and areas are managed by the restaurant
- Refunds and complaints should be directed to the restaurant first
4. Pricing & Billing
Free tier: Available at no cost with limited features. Tayim reserves the right to modify free tier features with 30 days notice.
Paid tiers (Solo, Multi): Billed monthly or annually as shown on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Tayim does not charge commissions on orders. You keep 100% of your food revenue.
5. Intellectual Property
The Tayim platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Tayim. Restaurant owners retain full ownership of their content (logos, menu descriptions, images). By uploading content, you grant Tayim a license to display it on your restaurant's pages.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tayim's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Tayim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
